Moved my mother out of her home for 15+ years and had a lot of precious memories to store. Zulma made renting the space and moving in very easy. She even moved us into a different space on a moments notice when it became clear that the space we originally rented would not work. The unit is indoors, protected from the elements and very secure.

We moved into a locker many years ago after our locker at ANOTHER company’s site was broken into and items stolen. We have had lockers here now at least 10+ years. We had a water leak problem 5++ years ago which was quickly resolved. The service is always great and we love the air conditioning in the summer. Three things are important to us safety, ease of access and a/c. We feel Sun Valley covers all the bases.

I had rented from this facility for years. When I first started renting their; Tom was running the office, then Jimmy & then Zulma. I was able to forge a friendship with Zulma due to her experience as a manager. She is very efficient, kind, friendly & knowledgeable. She is very helpful when needed & she is very diplomatic with her more difficult customers. I have always told her “I could not do your job”, I personally would not have the patience that she exhibits. She is definitely a plus to this facility. I only stayed as long as I did because she is so GREAT!!! Thank you, Zulma, for your great service, professionalism and kindness!!! JoAnn
